Bungalow
The bungalow style homes we build always have at least a double car garage. The main level typically includes an open concept main living space, kitchen, living and dining space. Depending on the house plan, we can offer main living laundry and a large pantry off of the kitchen. On the main there is 2-3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. Like the bedrooms, the landing next to garage entrance into the house is always spacious. One of the best features of these style homes is the full, customizable ensuite which can include a tile, two head shower, soaker tub or sometimes both. As well as ensuite the master offers a generously large walk-in closet . You can also have a fully finished basement including loads of storage space, a large family room, two very large bedrooms and a full bath. Completing the basement is a utility room.
Executive Bungalow
Similar to our regular bungalow plans but with all of the upgraded finishings. The layout can be sectioned off or open concept depending on your preference. The counter tops in the kitchen can be upgraded to granite if desired. Typically this home offers 3-4 bedrooms on the main floor, 2 full baths, one being a full ensuite with an extra large tile shower, or a tile shower and soaker tub. Main level laundry is an option and we can add in fireplaces and alternative heat sources to this home if electric and heat pumps are not your preference. The basement in these homes are always massive; perfect for a full entertainment set up, in home theater, fitness room, 2 guest rooms, full bathroom and endless storage space. *Depending the lot, we can also add a walk out* Contact us for details on land availability.

This functional style home typically offers 4 large bedrooms, 3 baths & double car garage. A Hardwood staircase leads to a large open concept kitchen, living & dining space with gorgeous cathedral ceilings.
